How do I sign-up?

Is there an application or site inspection fee?

The Online Signup Form is the actual application, with your electronic signature. There is no site inspection fee unless you sign up to view Credit details.

How long does it take to get setup?

The Sign-Up Form should only take about 5 minutes to complete. Once we are able to verify your information, we will email you your login information as well as a user guide for our system. Usually, the account is up and running within 2-4 Hours.

Is there a time length that I have to sign up for? Or a minimum cost?

There are no long term commitments to using our service; you may discontinue your account at any time. Also, with RESOLVE there are no up-front or minimum fees of any kind. You will simply pay for the items that you order.

How long will it take to process an applicant?

Depending on the products that you are ordering the time frame may vary. Most orders will be processed between 30 seconds to 30 minutes.

Can I fax in the applicant's rental application?

Yes, we are able to process faxed applications. However the processing time will be delayed by 30-60 minutes and there is a nominal fee of $2.00 for this service. The applications can be faxed to 336-346-3228.

Can I see a sample of the report before I sign-up?

Is it legal for me to pull this information?

Yes, as long as you are retrieving the information and have permission, in writing from your rental applicant, giving you authorization to pull their consumer credit report. The only other requirement is that you have "Permissible Purposes" for pulling the credit profile; such as in conjunction with an application for residency

What information do I get when I order a report?

This will vary depending on the order request; see the Rates & Packages Page, for more detailed information.

How do I pay for the reports that I order?

You will receive a form in your welcome email that will need to be completed and returned to our offices to setup your payment account. RESOLVE accepts VISA, MasterCard & Discover and the charges will be automatically processed when you place an order.

Why do you need my SS#?

This is to validate your identity and to protect consumer information from getting into the wrong hands.
